Business context

A company does not always need an internal IT hire. It does need someone who genuinely owns the support queue.

IT outsourcing works when it is clear who supports users, controls accounts and access, checks backups and coordinates vendors. We begin by organising the environment and only accept responsibility for a scope we have been able to verify.

We work remote-first, so we can support companies throughout Poland. When a problem requires an on-site visit, the date, location and travel cost are agreed before work begins. The retainer includes an agreed work allowance — it is not an undefined promise of unlimited support.

Where value leaks

The most common causes of downtime and disorder in company IT

The first useful scope comes from the real bottleneck, not from a prebuilt package.

01

Requests go to whoever happens to be available

Employees do not know where to report a problem, the owner searches for a contractor and a simple incident blocks work for longer than necessary.

02

Accounts and access have no clear owner

Former employees retain permissions, unused licences stay active and critical roles or credentials are not documented.

03

A backup exists only as an assumption

A backup without restore testing, monitoring and named responsibility may not help when the business actually needs it.

04

Every supplier owns only one fragment

Internet, email, hardware and software vendors pass the company between one another. Nobody coordinates the issue through to resolution.

Implementation scope

What we can take over as an ongoing service

The scope follows the number of users, devices, locations and systems. We inventory critical elements first and record service boundaries in the proposal and SLA.

Employee helpdesk

Remote help with computers, email, applications, printers, VPN and standard workplace tools.

Accounts, email and permissions

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, mailboxes, licences, MFA, groups, roles, access resets and administrative order.

Onboarding and offboarding

Preparing accounts and access for new starters, then removing permissions in a controlled way when people leave.

Devices and documentation

An inventory of computers and core infrastructure, configuration, updates and documentation of critical dependencies.

Backups and security hygiene

Backup, update, MFA and permission reviews. Penetration tests, SOC services and formal compliance audits remain separate scopes.

Networks, VPN and vendors

Support for Wi-Fi, routers, VPN and network devices, plus coordination with operators and other suppliers.

Cloud, hosting and company systems

Organising the dependencies between domains, email, hosting, websites, applications and cloud services.

Delivery

A controlled IT takeover without guesswork or unsupported promises

Each stage has a decision, an output and a clear reason to move forward.

01

Initial diagnosis

We establish the number of users, devices and locations, the systems in use and the issues that currently consume the most time.

02

Audit and inventory

We review accounts, access, devices, backups, vendors and major risks. Responsibility applies to elements we have been able to verify.

03

Takeover plan

We define priorities, request channels, authorised people, service hours, work allowance, SLA and approval of additional costs.

04

Ongoing support

We handle requests, access changes, onboarding, reviews and vendor coordination within the agreed scope.

05

Review and improvement

We summarise completed work, recurring issues, package usage and recommended improvements.

Expected outcomes

What a properly managed IT service should change

employees know where and how to report problems
accounts and permissions have a named owner
onboarding and offboarding follow one procedure
the business owner no longer coordinates several suppliers
critical information no longer lives in one person's head
readiness and additional-work costs are predictable
Pilot net pricing

The final price depends on users, devices, locations, documentation quality, SLA level and the work included in the package.

FAQ

Questions before the first scope

Clear answers before technology, timing and budget are committed.

Do you support companies throughout Poland?

Yes. Most requests can be resolved remotely, so company location is not a barrier. On-site visits are agreed individually, including timing, location and travel cost.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We first inventory the environment, accounts, access, devices, licences and open issues. We accept responsibility for elements we can access and verify.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

Not in the standard retainer. The core service operates during agreed business hours. On-call duty, out-of-hours work and critical-system coverage require a separate agreement.

Does an SLA guarantee a repair time?

The SLA primarily defines response targets and incident priorities. Resolution time depends on the cause, environment access, part availability and external operators.

Are hardware and licences included?

No. We can help select, order and deploy them, but hardware, licences and third-party services are billed separately.

Do you support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes. We can support user accounts, email, licences, MFA, groups and permissions in both environments.

Can we begin with a one-off job?

Yes. The first engagement can be an audit, access clean-up, migration or a specific intervention. A retainer is usually more predictable when requests recur.

How is this different from website technical care?

Website care covers hosting, updates and development of a website or application. Managed IT is broader: employees, accounts, computers, email, permissions, networks and vendors. The two scopes can be combined.

What determines the monthly price?

The number of users, devices and locations, documentation quality, systems in use, expected availability and the amount of work included in the package.
Next step

Stop solving company IT problems by accident and after hours

Share the number of users, devices and locations, then tell us what consumes the most time today. We will recommend a one-off audit, a small retainer or a broader managed service.
