An integration must move the right data and handle failure safely.

We first establish which tool is the source of truth, who can change each field and what should happen during a conflict, timeout or duplicate. Only then do we design the synchronisation direction and integration contract.

Not every flow needs real-time operation and not every tool is worth connecting. A stable import, webhook or batch process can offer better cost and lower risk than synchronising everything in both directions.

What if a system has no API?

We review stable exports, imports, database access or other supported mechanisms. If the only option is brittle UI automation, we explain the cost and risk clearly or advise against the connection.

Should synchronisation be one-way or two-way?

That depends on data ownership, conflict rules and duplicate risk. A two-way flow is more complex and should not be the default.

Will the integration run in real time?

Only if the process requires it and the APIs, limits and operating cost permit it. For many data types, a webhook or controlled schedule is safer.

How do you reduce integration risk?

Through test environments, validation, idempotency, logs, retries, exception queues and a staged rollout. Specific controls depend on the architecture and importance of the data.

How much does an API integration cost?

A single API integration starts from PLN 1,500 net, with a typical range of PLN 1,500–8,000. If the work also includes a custom panel or workflow, an MVP starts from PLN 10,000. Multiple systems, legacy software, migrations and critical flows are quoted individually.

Can you take over a failing integration?

Yes, after we receive the code, access, logs and documentation. We first diagnose the source and data-loss risk, then propose a repair or replacement.
